How to Choose Your Essence

There are several ways to choose which Essence(s) you need at this time. Here are the ones we find most useful.

By reading

- Make your choice by reading the descriptions and answering the questions given with each flower. You can read about each essence by going to the Essences Page then click on the picture of your choice.

- use a pendulum to guide your decision.

By intuition

- Go to our Essences Page. While looking at the pictures, choose the flower you feel an affinity with or the one which jumps out at you. Then click on the link to see a larger picture with a desciption and questions to answer.
