Using Our Flower Essences
Flower Essences contain the vibrational energy of the plant they came from and work on the principal that the vibration held in the water reminds your personal energy how to be. They are subtle but work deeply, bringing awareness and changing patterns. Our essences are made using the same method as Bach Flower Remedies and are safe and simple to use.
Flower Essences are usually taken internally. We have found that 7 drops under the tongue, morning and night, works well. It is important the dropper doesn’t touch your tongue as bacteria can build up. Several drops in the bath is also a very good way to take them, especially for children.
Flower Essences can be taken to change a mood, for this one dose may be enough. They can also be taken over a longer period of time to help with a deeper problem. When you have had enough you may find you just forget to take it. If no change is perceived after 2 weeks you may need a different essence.
