Workshops 2011
The following workshops are open to all and require no previous knowledge of essences. Our workshops are held in small groups and so are, by nature, informal and participatory. They are a great way to learn more about essences, meet like-minded people and share with others.
Making Flower Essences

Saturday, 18 Jun 2011 - Sunday, 19 Jun 2011
This course will cover the background to the Bach flower method and different diagnostic techniques as well as how to make up a combination for your (and/or someone else’s) specific needs. On the second day we will make our own essence with flowers and fresh spring water from Hawkwood’s garden. No previous knowledge is needed, just an open mind and a love of flowers. It is possible to come for Saturday only (£57)
£114 includes refreshments & lunch, but not Saturday supper

An Introduction to Flower Essences

August 29th (Mon) 10.30 - 4.00 p.m.
This introductory day will include practising your dowsing skills to help in choosing essences for yourself and others, exploring the properties of flower medicine and, if the weather is up to it possibly making your own essence, or, if not, making a combination essence from Saskia's Flower Essence range. You will leave with a selection of essences for your own use.
A light lunch will be provided. £69.00

Flower Arranging Day with Saskia
Sunday June 26th

On this day you can learn to make a hand-tied bouquet, a table arrangement and an arrangement in a vase, as well as learning about conditioning flowers. You will leave with your own fabulous creations. Saskia ran her own floristry business for 10 years growing her own flowers and working largely at Highgrove for the Prince of Wales. She specializes in natural looking arrangements using local flowers.
Cost £69 including Lunch and refreshments.
You could bring your own flowers.
