It contains the following essences:
Holly - for compassion and living from our heart rather than a place of anger and judgement

Wild Rose - brings us back to a place of living with joy and hope

Beech - for tolerance -of different points of view, of different ways of seeing things, of different ways of being. Of knowing that there is no ‘wrong way’

Impatiens - brings a sense of balance and being patient with yourself and others

Olive - we couldn’t leave out the tree which is universally the symbol for peace. This brings the support and nourishment of the Earth and trusting that in the great fullness of time all will be well.

Crab Apple - for removing guilt and shame so that you can move forward with grace

Herb Robert - for allowing space for your own sensitivity and that of others

Red Chestnut - for not worrying about things you have no control over

Waters of the World -this is a new hydrosol research essence made from distilling together a collection of waters that were used for an art project - it contains water from seas, lakes, rivers, waterfalls, tears and oceans which are now combined as one.
