Ingredients:

Organic cold pressed Rapeseed and Olive Oils slowly infused with Nettle Seed, Rosemary and Dandelion flowers, our own steam distilled Rosemary and Lavender Hydrosol and our own Lavender essential oil, Local Beeswax and Shock Release flower essence

Rosemary and Nettle Seed is a combination that has been used since Roman times to help with joint and muscle pain and I’ve added Dandelion flowers as it is known to be mild natural analgesic that's many benefits include helping with sore muscles, joint pains and arthritis symptoms.

The lavender and rosemary hydrosol are warming and supporting on many levels 

The lavender oil, besides being antiseptic, acts as an effective preservative so this cream should be good to use for at least 6 months if kept cool.
