Organic cold pressed Rapeseed and Olive Oils slowly infused with Nettle Seed and Rosemary , our own steam distilled Lavender Hydrosol and my very own rosemary essential oil, raw unfiltered Beeswax and Shock Release flower essence

Rosemary and Nettle Seed is a combination that has been used since Roman times to help with joint and muscle pain .

The lavender hydrosol is warming, calming and healing on many levels 

The Rosemary oil, besides being antiseptic, acts as an effective preservative so this cream should be good to use for at least 6 months if kept cool.
